All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay).

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary based on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct; SÉRÈNE is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to address errors.

Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Exceptions apply only in cases of damage or incorrect fulfillment.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, product design, brand name, logos, and graphics — is the property of SÉRÈNE and protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.
